Awesome work. I can see what I was struggling to come up clearly with. Name is too lengthy. Good luck.
Love this site more than Google! 11/6/08 10:1PM #
Duck Duck Go is like a good kid's story--fun and gets to the point! Thanks for skipping all the banner ads although I'm not sure how y'all will make money. Anyway, keep on patting that bunny and keep up the great work!

Hey, I'm sure you have a money maker on your hands, but your delivery needs practice. First, do not record yourself sitting in a chair that is so low it looks like you are on the ground (and being viewed in the bottom of the screen - which would be fine if you were selling man-hole covers and were explaining why you need them - from down in the hole) You seemed very robotic and it was painful to listen to. Just practice, practice, practice. Put some life into it. You WILL get it. Good luck with your business! :) The cat was a great touch by the way.

I like the look. But I couldn't find my company

I really like your site but what is your revenue stream?

I like the idea, but I wonder about how you plan to get market share, and see you are not displaying ads in the results so not sure about the revenue stream?

What does the cat do in the company?

I'm actually impressed with this one. I don't see it lasting as a stand-alone start-up, but the results were fairly impressive and the execution was crisp.

The world doesn't need another, better search engine.

And I encourage you to check out the search-engine I use : http://keyboardr.com/

Pitch is bad lacks emotion I'm not sold. Dude is an engineer why not make a web property targeted at software engineers? Then it would be relevant, intelligent, and people would care about 'cool things'

I wasn't that impressed with the results. I think concerns about revenue are valid, but actually the quality should come first and foremost. Seems like the quality level is on par with Google several years back - but with an improved UI...
